Welcome to Mid-Era Goblins (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. All items are sold as sealed collectibles, so we do not guarantee the contents of any individual pack, box, or case. Product images are representative; packaging artwork and the condition of outer shrink wrap may vary slightly from what is pictured.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full payment card details. Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier marks your order as delivered. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided.
5. Returns (All Sales Final)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges or refunds, except where required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will assist you with a carrier claim.
6. Authenticity
We import our sealed product directly from Japan and stand behind everything we sell. If you ever have a concern about the authenticity of an item you received, contact us and we will make it right.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
